The house begins
A family atelier opens in Palermo, run by Ralph's mother and his father's brother, making wigs by hand.
Paris
Eleven years at the Opera
At fourteen, Ralph goes to work at the Paris Opera, training under master wig-makers Joseph Peppino, Mondino, and Saieva.
1980
Ralph takes the bench
At 24, Ralph takes over the family house. Every piece since has passed through his hands.
Italy
The atelier
Every Ralph is hand-made in Italy from European virgin Remy hair, on a mesh cap hand-knotted in Japan.
Aventura
The flagship
The house settles in Aventura, Florida. Private fittings, one-on-one, by appointment.
On Tour
Pop-up expos
Ralph travels to New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and Boston, bringing the atelier to clients in their own cities.
